Exchanging for new item/store credit: 

We hope you enjoy your Brinny Gems Order and would love to make sure the item is perfect for you. If you would like to exchange your order please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we would be happy to help you. Contact us at Hello@BrinnyGems.com with your order number. Please note shipping fees are non-refundable, and there is a $7.95 return shipping label fee for items returned/exchanged. 

Return Policy:

Purchases made from November 1st, 2023  to December 31st,  will be eligible for return until January 14th.

For purchases made outside of this period, they are eligible for 14-day return policy.  Orders placed during the holiday period but delivered after the end date of the policy will follow the regular return policy of 14 days past delivery date.

We offer 15-day returns for all customers.  The original shipping fees are non-refundable. There is a $7.95 shipping charge for U.S returns. For returns from all other countries there is a $30 return shipping fee. Return shipping fees will be deducted from the final refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered.

To qualify for a return: Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage. Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included.

Items that are nonrefundable are custom orders and gift cards.
